Annoying Issue with 9800 and Moto T505

Well the annoying issue im having is with the audio streaming via Bluetooth and FM transmitting to Stereo. Phone calls through stereo: OK, YouTube Audio Streaming: OK, Nobex Radio Streaming: NOT OK. When streaming from Nobex, it will cut out for about a half a second every 30 seconds to 1 minute (no set repeat time). I cannot figure this out and no audio guru around my area can figure it out, except one person said all older models do this I either need a aux jack to avoid this or buy a newer car (duh!). Well my older car does not make adding this option easy or cheap and frankly I'm not going to drop several thousand dollars on a car for only this. Can anyone give me any insight into possibly fixing this?

It's the phone. I can stream Bluetooth audio to my car directly but it skips and has jittery audio unless I turn off the Wi-Fi radio.

Give it a shot.
