    Does anyone know how to get your phone to show how many messages you have? Such as if I get 2 bbms it will only show I have one. And also if I open bbm but don't go on the message then go off it the icon will disappear as if I don't have any. This is also the same with texts and emails.

    Try a battery pull first of all. With the phine turned on remove the battery. Wait 60 seconds. Reinsert the battery.

    If that fails to resolve the problem return for more suggetions.
