Am I a fanboy?? I never thought so. I have gone to the stores to check out the latest and greatest; but, I do LOVE my Storm2 (after grinding it out as a day 1 Storm owner). I think the Torch looks amazing and I am wishing it was on Big Red. But every "review" (that's why it is in quotes people) from today's announcement (Engadget, MSNBC, etc.) is saying RIM missed the boat. Are my eyes slammed shut?? Are Androids really better??
I'm loyally confused. I just want my Storm2 with the freaking webkit and I'm stoked, but I know I'm going to need the Storm2 1/2 for that.
i want a blackberry with os6 and does not lag. that is not asking for much, imo.
it really does sound like rim missed the boat, but we'll see when the torch and 9780 come out. i really hope rim pushes ahead of the pack, but nothing will change if they keep pumping out devices that still lag in this day and age.
