My company just switched to Verizon and Android phones, and I am left with a BB Torch that I do not have to return. I would like to let my daughter use it but it has various security features that were enabled and then greyed out. I reverted the Torch back to factory settings, but that didn't help. I removed the BES setting, I think, that didn't do anything either. I wiped the entire BB to the point of a 507 error and installed the latest OS that is available on here. It is still all greyed out. Any idea what I need to do gain control of all of the features of this Torch?

    Thanks.

You have to remove the IT Policy. You can probably remove it using this procedure, created by Forums Moderator Pete6: Removing an IT Policy from a BlackBerry phone.
