Hello,

First post for me hoping i can get some help with a very peculiar problem that i can�t find a solution for. =)

We are using 9800�s and synchronize them with a BES server & Lotus Notes 8.5.

I have 1 user that has a very odd issue that occurs after synch of contacts.

When we look in his adressbook in notes & on the phone, all prefixes looks ok +46, +49 etc.
The sim card book is cleared out totally. I tried solving this issue by changing to a new sim and i actually replaced the phone.
I have done a reset on the phone and synchronized the contacts from scratch..

Here�s the issue: When someone is calling him, he see�s the correct number in the display. After i synch the phone with BES the display number is ok but if he misses a call and goes into missed call log the numbers are shown as 004612345678 instead of showing up as +4612345678.

I cant�find the incorrect number in his phone, on sim or in the notes adressbook and i�m pulling my hair trying to figure this out!

If someone has seen this issue before or need more info to try to help solve it... PLEASE!!!
