9800 losing BB Signal after connecting through Bluetooth (MAC)

Hello.

I live in Brazil, and own a 9800. My carrier is "VIVO". Recently i went on vacations and was using my MAcbook with the BB internet via Bluetooth... but i had the 3G signal only and not RIM.

Now that i'm back, i'm trying to connect via bluetooth (RIM signal is OK), and every time it appears "connected" on my mackbook i lose the RIM signal in the same moment.... and that's not normal. It makes my internet connection at 0.1 mb only....

I'v tried to contact my carrier but i had no success, they did an update at my BIS plan but it still the same.


Anyone knows a solution for this issue?
