9800 freeze please help

hello everyone noobie here. i have a 9800 for 1 month now and it worked great untill today. the phone got stuck. i tried 10 battery pulls and at the end it game back to life. i just started load apps yesterday everything went well i moved the apps around to suite me, but once again it got stuck again.i did a app wipe and it came back on only the email button does nothing. sorry if im in the wronge place thanks in advance

What do u mean stuck? Phone screen freezes? or is it black? what are u doing when it happens?
