Hey all, so far all works well except it looks like I need to downgrade. I was able to pair my torch with the previouse version I had, but after upgrading this morning, I can no longer connect to the PlayBook. I tested again with an older Blackberry, and it connected fine ... I'll be downgrading and testing again. Just an FYI for anyone looking to upgrade and have a PB or plan on buying one. If anyone else doesn't have this problem, please let me know.

When you upgrade your BB. You need to do a battery pull 3 times.
When your bb finish rebboting wait 1 minute, do a battery pull for 2 minutes.
Do that 3 times, and everything will be ok. If not try to re-load the os again.
