    I have 2 torch's.

    The only visible difference is the back. One says Torch on the back and the other says 5.0MP autofocus.

    Is there any difference between the two?

    According to software, both are 9800.

    Apparently the AT&T Version says Torch & the Canadian version says the 5.0MP.

    I wonder if there is any other differences between the two phones?

    There is no difference, just that part. AT&T probably chose it to be built that way.
