Question 1: Is it possible to tether the Torch to my laptop w/ att on an unlimited data plan and if so how do I do it?

Question 2: Is the .161 update official or a hack and does it do anything other than fix the tinny sound some users had ( i don't). If that is all it does then I don't need it. If it does something else then what is that and has anyone had side effects from using it? (I know there is more than one question under question number 2)

I'm not 100% percent sure, But I don't think AT&T allows tethering on unlimited plan anymore. I think I read that they make you switch to a capped plan if you want to tether. I'm not sure if there's some bootleg hook up that people use though.
