I'm not quite sure what "occassionally" happens for people in regards to downloading the zip files. The zips are fine - tested many times and should work no problem...but for a few people when they download the zip and try to extract the file they get a File Corrupted thing.

It's something on the local user end - either a security setting or something in some versions of IE. I've had a few people experience it - and if they got the error in IE and then tried Firefox and the zip downloaded/extracted fine. So there's some sort of local browser or computer setting that's causing it to happen.

Will try and get to the bottom of it - have escalated to our tech support... but in the meantime if anybody experiences this a) go for the OTA install or b) try another browser/computer

The error I am getting is that there is "no additional software for your device found". I have a brand new Pearl with latest OS. Any hints?

- Verify your Operating System is version 4.2 or greater
- Pull Battery
- Should show up under Options > Themes

If your OS is older than 4.2, that'll likely be the reason. Will need to upgrade your OS to actually see it. If that's the case and you want to delete the themes, just go to Options > Advanced Options > Applications, and delete it from there - it'll have a filename like com_plazmic_theme_iphone_

I don't know what you guys are thinking...these themes are terrible and the guy who created them is even worse...

J/K...future brother-in-law banter...the themes look great!

Come on Z! Where are the 8300's?!

I had the same problems as everyone else with the download and "corrupt" file messages. My phone (Pearl 8130) is literally three days old. I went on-line and did the software upgrage to 4.3 and now I can download and install all the themes with no problems!
