Where to get icons? Esp ones to use for premium themes eventually?

I'm very interested in theme creation, but I'm not good at designing the tiny icons... Never have been a pixel artist. Does anyone know a resource where I could download cute icons? For right now, they're for personal use, but eventually I'd like to find someone who will design me some and sell them to me to use on premium themes, or find a place that doesn't mind their icons being used on premium themes...
