Uninstalling a Theme

This may seem like a really n00b question, but how do I uninstall a theme? I'm using a Storm 9530.

Go to options then applications and then delete it.........

options > advances options > applications

locate the theme and then thing the menu button then goto delete

Tried that but no delete option.
