theme ONYXia Pro blue and red

I downloaded both of these but they are not located in the display to be used. they are in my blackberry world as downloaded. I sent support 3 emails and haven't received anything back anyone else have this issue
? What can I do to get my money refunded.?

Options> Display>Screen Display>Theme - not there.

Did you purchase the proper theme for your device and OS? For instance if you have a device running OS 6, an OS 5 version of the theme will not work and vice-versa.
