I'm making theme for OS6. How do I change the font color of the options menu.

click on the 4th icon on Inspector menu (it has a picture of a dialogue box with "OK CANCEL" on it)
then click on the menu tab, and from there you can change the colour!

This menu is what Im talking about. How do I change the text color?

If I remember correctly you need to change the "group" settings on the menu and dialogs screen.
