Default Premium Calx - Real Icon (Today & Zen)

Hi All, I've recently completed my first commercial theme for the Bold and Curve, and I'd love a bit of feedback - let me know what you reckon. All icons have been rendered at individual 3D scenes.

Thanks in advance - you can find more info and purchase at the link below.

This is something I've been meaning to enquire about in the development forums - while the bold, the new curve and the storm have no problems running full colour, fairly detailed themes with no speed hit at all, i do wonder how the 83xx's would stand up to it? Have they really got the bus fare for themes like this or are they really not that different?

I have an 8330 here so I can test, but does anyone have any solid info on this?

It looks awesome. You did a good job on this theme...
We must overcome the notion that we must be regular... it robs you of the chance to be extraordinary and leads you to the mediocre.

Sadly, I have no control over 3rd party icons, what I do it put them all in a folder on the dock and access them just one click from the home screen.

I tried it on my 8310 but I think 48 by 36 pixels is just too small for these icons. Maybe on the next one...

Version 2.0 avialable soon - if you want any features added then here's the place to post.

Here's a list of what's new in version 2 - and I'll add screenshots as soon as I'm convinced it's all final and the testers reckon it's all good.

    1 - Charging Indicator
2 - Numerical read-outs for Meters on Home and Menu screen.
3 - Larger point sizes on fonts
4 - Smoother and quicker dock scrolling with XY remaining XY (Today Plus versions)
5 - 65% transparent header for more "background friendly" look.
6 - Larger point size on clock.
7 - Profile Icon on home screen.
8 - "Incoming/Outgoing/Missed" Icons replaced on Call Logs screen.
9 - Better arrangement of icons on initial installation.
10 - Swapped Home screen Calendar and Messages (Today version)
11 - New steel texture on "Settings" icon for better visibility.

Once again, thank you all so much for buying and thanks for your support and feedback generally - if there's anything else you would like to see in version 2.0 the please post here and I'll add it if it's possible.

I hope you'll all like the dark theme just as much!

    Cheers all

    Dave

I have an issue I would like to see corrected in the newer version. When you have the profile on Normal and you are in the Today view with the 5 icons showing with the calendar and message number, the mouseover on the Profile does not have the red and white outline to show you it is focused on the Profile icon. At first I thought the theme screwed up my phone because I thought I couldn't select the Profile through that Today look. Just a minor fix I am sure.

I'll look into this as soon as I can, although i'm not sure I know what you mean - There is no profile on the homescreen on the Today version, you have to access it through the menu screen... Does that anwer your question. There is however an icon on the homescreen on version 2.0 - which will be available as a free upgrade very soon.
