Need help to create os7 themes

I've read how to create blackberry os7 themes
ok ,, didn't understand all the steps ..
can anyone record the steps from 1 to 4
and upload it to youtube than put it here ..
so it can be clear to everyone how to do it ...
and i need to know what to write in the lines
that need to be replaced for my blackberry 9860 ..
