Converting .alx .cod and .jad into a theme builder file for editing?

Okay i have a few themes that I found and like however its for a 8900 not an 9000 which i have, is there anyway i can covert the .alx .cod or .jad file into something i can edit with theme builder or just conversion software?

You can't. Simple. If you haven't got the original .thm file you can edit the theme.
