Umm...you MUST be thinking of a different theme, either that or you have never actually loaded the theme...the first 3 icons CANNOT be changed (messages,calendar,call log)...the rest (7 icons of your choosing) can all be changed to whatever you want..

No civic is right. This isn't a today theme all it is is a zen theme that is in the middle of the screen. In the zen theme you can change all of the home screen icons to whatever you want. With this you can't...

Its a custom theme so its not zen or today...must be plazmic 4.3
