Deleting and saving drafts issue in native mail...

I seem to be having a problem saving and deleting drafts for one of my mail accounts set up in the native mail app.
It's a work account, Outlook webmail set up through exchange activesync.
Drafts don't seem to save changes and I have a problem deleting the drafts I don't use. I get the confirm delete msg, the body of the selected mail goes white (with no text), but the empty draft stays on the message list.

Anyone else??
