I would be skeptical about class 10, my HTC HD2, a much more premium phone, had a microsdhc interface in which anything over about class 4 was wasted.

I have a Class 4 8GB card. I haven't done back-and-forth switching to really double-check, but I haven't discerned any appreciable difference between this one and my previous Class 2's.

EdLin's post matches what I've heard: you can use any class/speed of microSD card, but there won't be any appreciable difference in realized speed on your BB compared to a Class 2, or maybe a Class 4 (debatable).

    (For info

BlackBerry is optimized for Class 2 speeds, but can use any of the microSDHC cards available. Card speed rating would primarily benificial when using a PC top transfer data.
