Question Unknow Notification Icon Envelope w/ BB Logo
I noticed a new Notification Icon, an envelope with a BB logo. Nothing else is on the alert screen.... Has anyone seen this????

Also another quirk.... I always have 3 new emails even when there aren't any.....

Are you running a non-stock theme? That isnt a standard alert, you might want to ask the theme developer what he's using the icon is for. Bbm maybe? Or email to your sprint.blackberry.net account?

Not using a theme, just the default. This just popped up today...

Update: From your home screen click on the plain envelope; that is, not the BB or Y! envelope and you will find the messages there...

That may be from your provider. I had a similar one that ended up being a Sprint notification.

That's a Sprint notification. Just click on messages and scroll, you'll find it.
