Style confused?

I noticed something strange today and it doesn't make a lot of sense, just curious if anyone else has experienced this or can help explain whats going on...

I noticed my battery was abnormally low today. After 8hrs it was at 30%. Normally, it would be around 75%. I talked on the phone for an hour (which is longer than usual), but I also did less internet browsing than normal, so I figured this should've evened itself out. I decided to open "application management" to see what was going on. I normally don't leave any apps open and didn't notice anything until I started looking at the data... I had the phone off of the charger for 8hrs, yet under usage it showed 14hrs and it also should usage as 0.0sec and 100% idle (which obviously isn't true). It also showed my phone use as 8 minutes when I know for a fact that I had an hour worth of calls. I am running the latest Sprint OS build and my only installed apps are Opera Mini 6.0, Facebook and BBM (versions that came with the phone, I never updated them) and BB Traffic. I don't usually have any issues so I'm just curious if anyone has any idea what may have caused the phone to be displaying the wrong info?

It might have been a network issue on that particular day. If a tower went out of service for repairs, it very well may have sucked your battery down.

If you belong to BBM groups, a member update could also have drained you a significant amount.

I wasn't really concerned with the battery drain since like you said, there are all kinds of factors, and it doesn't happen often. What did concern me was why all of the info being displayed under application management was WAY off. I also responded to your post from my phone as soon as I was notified but apparently it didn't post so I'm typing from my computer now... hopefully that doesn't become a new issue as I usually respond from my phone. haha
