My mistake - guess I expected the title to be read. That's the problem I'm having. I'm not a forums newbie - been around them for 14 yrs.
This is the error message I get when I try to reinstall my email: sorry, unable to continue your session. please log in again.
I tried going through the mobile site, but that didn't work. I had to do a data wipe and then restored the phone through the backup. I can get everything but my email now.
Does that give more detail?

I tried to login into mobile.blackberry.com, but it seems the site has changed recently and there is no place where you can actually login. How do you manager to login? I know this worked in the past, I have used this workaround at it was great.
