    Unhappy phone not working

    my phone isn't working, but on the outside there is an intermittent green light, so that's telling me something must be working... anybody experience this before? any tips?

    Well, from the information you have given us, it's not really clear what condition the device is in. Still check and see if the device gets detected in the device manager? attempt and see if boots up in the safe mode? instructions Blackberry Safe Boot - (All Models - All OS Versions)
