Are you due for an upgrade? Use that. If not then you're pretty much out of luck.
Sprint doesn't list the 9670 on their site anymore either so stock at stores are probably either extremely limited or already gone.

The 9670 Style is EOL for Sprint (End Of Life), but amazon still has some for $199. I think I'm going to purchase my 9930 from amazon so as not to be in a contract and wait on the BB10

Sean, we have four 8530 Curves from Sprint in my household, my contract will expire next month, so I'm also considering upgrades for the near future. I'd suggest that you take a look at the deals on LetsTalk.com which is where I acquired our Curves at significant savings, you may find what you're looking for there.
