Has anyone elses flip began to open more and more? Mine flips open now to almost a straight phone... Did not start out opening that far... Last bit is rough, and not smooth opening...
Anyone else experiencing this??

I recall seeing or reading somewhere that's it's designed that way. When you open it it goes to the normal angle and then if you push it further, it opens up to being nearly straight. Mine has done it since day one.
Guess mine was wrong to begin with. It opened to angle then stopped when I first got it.... I never really pushed to see if it would open fully, but it definitely was very stiff.... Now opens all the way. Guess that is correct, so no worries.
