Everyday issues....
My Style seems to have a new issue everyday. I have to take the battery off at least every other day so it will reset it's self. Is this normal? Some of my problems include: when opening my text messages, all the old messages are overlapping (the actual text)...a alot of times my text alerts and FB alerts won't disappear and I know I have already seen all the new messages...I have a lot of trouble with Youtube and any other sites that have video, they video won't play. These are just a few problems I have. I just can't see that this great phone should have so many problems and I've only had it for 2 months.

This is definitely not normal. First off, are you running the most current OS? You might try updating the OS if you haven't; that can fix a wide variety of problems. There's also the possibility that you have a defective phone.

Yes, it sounds like a defective phone, I would bring it into Sprint and have them look at it!

As far as the FB and Texts that won't delete, my wife has that on her Tour, also. Even with the latest edition of Facebook. It has been present in the last 3 FB updates, and a lot of people I know have experienced this, including me, and not just on my Style. OS update isn't gonna help with that. I've had a few SMS's that were clingers, they will go away with a lil' time. Overlapping or 'text wrap' happens, usually a quick scroll up or down eliminates this. That has happened on almost every phone I've seen, including mine. A quick flick has always eliminated it for me.
To find your device info, Click Options>Device>About Device versions, the 4th line down shoulf give you your OS info, either 9670/6.0.0.407 or 9670/6.0.0.248. If you are still on .248, an upgrade should help some.
