email configuration issues
My Style 9760 was broken, and I received a replacement of the same model. The phone is working and the internet, but I am not able to configure the email. I've been back and forth between the phone provider and the Blackberry site, and spent hours on hold. I keep getting a message that the email account isn't valid, but it is, and works just fine from the laptop, whether with Outlook or web-based. The email provider has verified that everything is correct on their end. No one seems to be able to help, and I'm frustrated starting a 3rd week without email access. Help!
