Jailbreaking is an Apple term.

Unlocking lets you put in any carriers SIM card and use the phone on that network. The Style doesn't use SIM cards, so this can't be done.

I'm not sure what you're trying to do, would help if you could explain more. You can already use a massive variety of themes, and get apps for the phone about anywhere.
