When i call from my BB sltye i normally have 4 icons that come up: Speaker phone, flash, add participant and one other.
The icons are now gone and shaded in grey when i make calls and i am wondering how to get them back?

Pull your battery, wait 30 seconds, let the phone reboot, and see if that clears the fault.
