Did you want to put the icon for the tasks app, or did you want the individual tasks to show up? The former is possible with any theme that has customizable icons on the home page, or even ones with a weather slot. (You can put it there in place of a weather app. If it is the latter, I'm not 100% certain, but I think it is available for some of the themes that include a Today feature.
