it is the "vital" ringtone, and sometimes it does that as a notification, or when you are doing more thna one thing.
that's about all i can tell you, hope that helps!

Check and see if these beeps come up in the silent mode. If they still do then they indicate some issue, if they dont then it's for some notification.

I get beeps when taking/making calls and my phone is attached the an Airave. Maybe you have one in your area.

I get that when my Media card is out and I pulled out all of my ringtone files.

It get it when my phone can't find any ringtones.

Anyone still getting this? I am getting this on my new sprint epic galaxy s2, but only when connected through the airvana airave.
I reported it to sprint/airave support.

I know this is the 9670 forum but I am also getting this on my 9930. It recently started about a week ago, 4 faint beeps out of the blue. No notifications, no msgs, no emails.....just out of nowhere "beep beep beep beep", very softly, whenever it wants....any ideas?
