Will there be storm 2 OS update?

Will RIM ever update storm 2 to OS 6 or 7? Seems like some older modles are running OS 6 or 7 while storm 2 is still at 5. if they wont, why not? Thanks

No, never.. the devices can't handle it as the OS' are larger and would run poorly.

Not possible to run OS6. RIM is way behind the market. Got me a new HTC Android to play with. All of my BB apps are on Android Market. Gmail works flawlessly for 'push' mail.

Thinking about selling my Storm 2 with the latest OS beta installed ...
