Question Whose Got The Longest Boot Time?

From the moment the battery's dropped in, with the SD Card installed, I average about 17:30 to boot to the password prompt screen. Without the SD Card installed about 14 minutes! I need to start uninstalling some apps and wiping files from my SD card LOL

I wish mine was that "fast"! Due to my clumsiness, I'm on my 3rd Storm2 and have never had a boot time under 10 minutes lol

Make sure Memory Cleaning is turned off for a faster boot time.

My 9000 takes just over the 2 minute mark

You need to wipe your OS and reload it. I know the Storm2 OS's are pieces of tish, but 17+ minutes is ridiculous.

About 11 minutes for me. Plus I've got something on my S2 that is causing a big memory leak. I can go from over 100 MB at boot up to 75MB in just a few hours.

I've done that a bunch of times and it boots up fast after the initial OS load when there are no apps installed. It's once I install all of the apps that I use that the boot times sky rocket. I won't have to deal with it much longer since it's a work phone and we won't have them much longer due to cost cutting measures, so I'm going with the new Motorola Triumph from Virgin Mobile.

Something new to obsess about. I deleted a couple of apps that I never used and a few themes that I can always get back and my boot time decreased to 6 minutes.

Oh and a nice theme. Don't like the look and feel of OS 5
