Visual Voice Mail

My visual voice mail on my Storm 2 w Verizon Wireless has stopped working. Deleted, rein-stalled. 3 calls to VZ tech support couldn't resolve. On site tech support solution was to delete VZ VVM and install YouMail which I did not like. Final resolution was to set BBStorm back to default settings & reinstall Visual Voice Mail. Worked for 2 voicemails ...no more. Action to default prompted huge issues w RIM syncing to Outlook. Took 1:57 minutes w VZ and BB to resolve. Anyone else having problems or can offer any help. Loved my Storm 2 until this. Any help appreciated.

See if anything changed with your telephone voicemail service. Call the phone company, or contact your office manager.

Plan B:

Get insurance on your phone, destroy it, then get a new one. It should work then.
