unread message icon bbstorm2

Help please my bbstorm2 is displaying the icon that I have unread messages but I can't find the messages. I've tried removing the battery but upon startup its still there. Help pls thanks!

go to your message box and try hitting 'Mark Prior as Read'

you can do this by selecting the date and then hitting the bb button.

also please dont forget to check ALL message folders not just 'Messages'!

Does OS5 have the Saved Messages folder? You may want to check there if the new message indicator doesn't go away after trying Fubaz' tip.
