Unlocked BB storm2, no MMS or DATA. Please help!!

I bought a BBstorm2 unlocked from verizon, to use for my local carrier, Cincinnati Bell. I cannot MMS or use DATA even though im paying for it. Please help. I've tried what some poeple say are solutions, but i think the problem might be something else?

You need the BlackBerry Service books from Cincinnati Bell for it to function properly. You can read here about how to do it, the instructions are for AT&T but the process will be exactly the same for you once you get the service books from CB!

I agree with CrackBerryBryan, Just contact your new carrier and ask for a service book update to be sent over to your Blackberry.
