well rim kinda dragged *** on os.. verizon wants to sell the hottest phone with least amount of headache..

I know a lot of hype is out about Android and iPhone, but most major corporate IT shops still don't suppport those OSs. Most places don't even support the OS from Windows through exchange. I'd certainly like to get the most wiz-bang, phone, but our IT department won't do push with those services.

anyhow, went to the VZW store today and played with the S2. I actually found it quite easy to use coming from an 8830. the typing was intuitive, and was actually very good at predictive text. I had our IT department order one for me today.

Been on mine for about 6 hours now... still getting used to it but it is a breeze compared to the original. Typeing is much better, scrolling is awesome.. the little things. The only thing I wis i could figure out is to make a shortcut for particular apps. instead of having to go into the apps icon then clicking on the particular app.

I'm so VERY Jealous!!!! I have to wait until Nov. 27th For my NE2 Upgrade! But hopefully any minor issues will have been worked out by then, so maybe it'll be a blessing in disguise.... At least that's what I keep telling myself.

Just got mine, my first data phone.

Pretty awesome so far but when I'm on wireless there are some places that give me error cannot connect when I am sure I am connected.

weird...anyway need to play around with it more.
