Storm 2 on Tmobile with Web2Go

Hey I really want to purchase a Storm 2 and ill be using it on T Mobile with a 9.99 web2go plan. Would I still be able to use a twitter , facebook , or email app? Or even be able to browse the web? I really dont want to upgrade to the blackberry plan and know ill be stuck on edge due to 3G compatibility but I was wondering if there is any hope for me. Thanks!

NOPE, not at all. 9.99 web2go feature is for regular phones not data devices. Wifi, if the storm 2 has it may give you some but not BBM, IM, or email. 3G is a no go as well depending on frequencies device has vs tmobile network. Sorry but will have to pay the 30 a month for data

I use an unlocked Storm 2 on Tmobile. I sold the bold I had with Tmobile so the data plan was already on my plan. I agree with above, get the data plan. The phone works great.
