Default Calendar sync

I'm not sure what else I can do and would appreciate any guidance.

Thanks!
I have had this problem occasionally with other BB devices. The solution is simple - delete a specific file and folder from your desktop within the Blackberry subdirectory. I can't find my notes on the specific procedures.

Suggest that you do a Google search on the exact error message. That's how I found the solution.

Thank you! It was a missing IntelliSynch folder. Since I couldn't get it to come back no matter how many times I installed the software, I restored the folder from a back up, deleted the old profile from my Curve, and re-synched. It did the trick!

Does anyone know a way to show a large picture of a contact when they call as oppose to the small picture that shows up. If you've seen how it shows up on the iphone, thats what i'm talking about.

Default LED stopped blinking

I was sitting in my chair when I noticed that the LED was not blinking green like it normally does when it has a signal.

I checked to see if it was turned on, and it was.

I did a battery pull and it lit up red (as it always does).

After reset it came back on.

I thought at first it was because my WiFi was initiated. (Could it be possible that the LED stopped because WiFi is turned on?)

Has anyone else's LED just stopped?

Don't think I should have to do a battery pull to get it back to the way it was. I know, there are various bugs still being found. Is this one?

I really wish that I could get QuickPull to work, that way I don't have to remove the case everytime I need a battery pull.... I know, I know, get in line right!!!

Wow! Thinking of getting a S2. Seems like a lot of problems. More realistically - Hit or Miss!

Don't let what you read in here discourage you from getting a phone.

I can guarantee that no matter what phone you get, Blackberry, Nokia, Motorola, LG, Palm, etc, etc... They will ALL have their problems.

Just have to give it time to iron out some of the bugs.

If you buy a nice shirt from the store it looks sharp and crisp. I bet after you wash it a couple of times, it looks wrinkled like the rest of the shirts in the closet.

Every phone is going to start out looking sharp and crisp. But, when you use it for a while it does get wrinkled.

That is when we pull out the iron and remove those wrinkles.

We are doing that now here, on this forum.

Yes sometimes we also buy a wrinkled shirt, but we can still iron it.

If you want a Storm 2, get it. My LED is not an issue because it does work. There may be other reasons as to why it stopped. I am ironing right now.

Soon I will have a nice "wrinkle" free phone.

Default Trouble with deleting

I have had some trouble deleting some apps and BB app world deleting by itself. After I delete some applications and perform the necessary reset usually things go smoothly. However, sometimes apps that I have deleted in the past show up again (some with an arrow by the icon and some normal icons) and my BB app world has disappeared and needs to be reinstalled. Any ideas?

I thought I had the LED problem too. After calling Verizon and noticing what I'm about to say myself, the LED light comes on after receiving messages. After you've read a text or email, the green light blinks as you remember it. If you erase your messages, the Storm 2 reverts back to NOT blinking to conserve battery life. I know what you are saying but aren't you glad they did that especially knowing that there is nothing wrong? One thing I also noticed about the LED light is that it is not centered and off to the left in the display lens. I don't know why on that one.

Anyone else notice the V Cast Song ID app in the Storm 2 sucks? It lags like **** and doesn't function very smoothly. My old Samsung Gleam operated extremely smoothly. Is there a free app out there that does the same job but way better so I can delete this thing?
