Storm 2 Problems? Post here

hello i was informed from a crackberry user that is impossible to have internet and pic's texting services on a BB storm 2 outside of the US?
i have a verizon BB storm 2 unlocked that is now in europe ..it works ok if used has a phone ...but it wont receive pic's
we did not try use internet just yet but i was told that it will not work ...is this true??
the prvider there is vodafone......thank you Tony.......

I have the same phone and similar issue.. what i found works for me is putting my sim in another bb instrument activating my blackberry plan on that instrument then returning the sim to the 9550.

i have come back to my storm 2 which i love... i left android and i want to dl google voice, but when i do i get the settings page and i need to get the icon on my screen i dl m.google.com/voice and that takes me to the settings page .. please help

I have probelm with BBM in my device (Storm 9550-OS V5.0.0.1015 bbm v6.0.0.129)
after Whatsapp (v2.6.7.421) installed ,
BBM won't work in 3G carrier Network but it works fine in Wifi,while Whatsapp is working fine for both networks
any suggestion please ?

This 9520 is on the Virgin PAYG simply 8 package.

Recently added the PAYG5 web offer and all seemed well.
Then realised I was only getting onto the web via WiFi.
Switch Wifi off and no web can be found.
Data Services is ON, Roaming is on Prompt, Mobile Network says VIRGIN, Network Mode is 3G & 2G, Network selection is Automatic.

Anyone advise how I can get the net with WiFi Off?
