storm 2... device error 367

hi.... i was half way through texting and my fone turned off and rebooted with a white screen that said device error 367 reset.... i tried pressing reset and it wouldnt do anything....its happened to me before and ive managed to reinstall the software ??... and it worked fine for months.... its done it again now and everytime i try to reinstall its stops half way thru and says the and error...it gets to reconnecting to jva (think thats it)... im goin insane with this fone its drivin me mad...can u please help !!
