The numbers are on the back of the screen itself. You must disassemble the entire phone to get to the numbers. Its located on a white tag at the very top of the digitizer itself. Just replaced one tonight.

just confirming that this hasn't changed in the last few months

There is no other way to find out the version of the screen you need except for taking the phone apart and looking on the back?

Thanks!

Yes it is a piece of hardware you must get the info off of its physical location! if someone does not post a fix to finding the numbers assume its still has to be taken apart. Also if your looking for a digitizer than more than likely yours is broke and you should look for a disassembly guide on youtube.

I replaced the LCD, Digitizer and mid-chasis and the phone is like brand new. Its awesome.

One issue I've noticed that was not happening much in the beginning and now happens almost 100% of the time is this:

The volume up button locks the phone and the volume down button mutes the phone. Any idea what would have caused this? If it can't be fixed, is there another way or app to change the volume?
