S1 S2 service books

On my S1 in the service book I had this record:

Name: Blackberry Internet Browsing Service
UID: GPMDSEU01
CID: BrowserConfig
User ID:-1
DSID:

description: Blackberry Internet Browsing Service

This disappeared when I move to S2 and the Internet Browser on S2 is not working properly (only Hotspot is OK). I tried several times resending the service books but no success. When I put my SIM in the S1 and resend, this record appears. I tried with backup/restore to tranfer the service book but no success. The same happens with S1 upgraded to OS 5.0.
What can cause this issue?
The BIS of my carrier does not support S2 (OS 5.0) and cannot send the proper service book?

Can someone please check on S2 if there is such record in the service book -

Are u putting ur sim from ur storm 1 into ur storm 2? Are u using it on a cdma carrier or gsm? Have u unlocked the s1 or s2.... U may need to specify...

I use one and the same SIM on GSM carrier. Both S1 and S2 are unlocked.
