Red Circle (no) Indicator icon?

I just got the Storm 2 from my brother and it has a red circle icon at the top of the home screen. It kind of looks like the traditional "NO" sign: a red circle with a line through it. It could also be like a timer icon. Its hard to tell. I can't seem to figure out what this icon is. Any ideas?

I'm running a theme on mine and none of my icons are where they're supposed to be, so maybe no sound or something?

Can you post a screen shot? It'd be helpful if you could download something like Capture It and post a screen shot.

are you running the stock theme? if not please change it back to the original theme and see if the symbol still remains the same.

Also what profile for sound are you using? the Everything off has a speaker with the trditional NO SIGN
