RDM+ Update

I am trying to download and set up the new update for RDM+. I am pretty sure I have followed the directions correctly but through the desktop manager I am unable to open the alx. file to the phone properly. I have tried to have the link sent to my phone but I keep getting an error message "Invalid manifest or application descriptor" The MIDlet-Name attribute is missing". Has anyone had a similar issue and if so have you gotten the update loaded correctly??????????????????

FYI, you are posting a question about an application which runs on an existing phone in a forum for a different phone that hasn't even been released yet.
