Please, desperate Storm 2 screen help

Hello,

Let me just let anyone know who reads this what is going on with my phone. I have been trying to figure out what the correct word to describe my problem would be, then I found it. I am having a terrible "metallic" clicking sound anytime I try to click my screen. Now I've read posts saying about how other people are having the same issue, however it is only when they press a certain spot on their screen. My issue is every part of the screen. No matter where I click the screen it still gives me the same nasty sound. I took my Storm apart and discovered that the 4 circles on the phones motherboard were loose a little bit. I'm not sure if that could be the reason, even though it sounds like it because when I shake my phone a little bit, there is a rattling sound inside the phone. I don't know if those circles are supposed to be tight or not. Please, if anybody has an answer to this issue, HELP ME!!!!
