Now that its official..whos turning there bb's off, Turning the I-phone on?
I'm seriously thinking of it. Not that I don't love my Storm, I just love new, difernt gadgets. I have the storm 2. Its a great phone. I just love the screens resolution, all the other new, difernt toys the I-phone offers. The thing is, I'd like to stay loyal to BB, but if they don't step up, I'm gonna go I-phone. My other problem, concern..I don't wanna be one of those I-phone snobs, know what I mean..think "oh, my phones better, its a I-phone" I just wanna see how it works, if its for me. We have to admit, there's a lot about the I-phone we like and want, just don't want what's COOL!! Or switch over to the Jesus phone...become..stereotypical. With all this in mind, I still wanna give it a try. If I don't like it, I will turn my BB back on, turn my I-phone into a backup.

I'm going to have to jump ship. The Verizon Curve 8330 was my first personal smartphone. But the iPhone has made tremendous improvements over the last three years. I loved my BlackBerry. But time marches on and RIM has not kept up I guess I will learn to deal with iTunes (ugh!)

There are already several of these threads over in the iPhone board...
But regardless, my carrier got the iPhone over a year ago and I could have cared less. The iPhone is good for apps, but that's not what I care about. On Twitter: k_r_y_p_t_o

The only things keeping me off: removable battery, and the fact I need to go to the Apple store if my device freezes, for whatever reason.I will never understand these "help me to decide" threads. Grow a pair, or put on your big girl panties (whichever applies), and make the decision that works best for you. - AmazinglyGraceless.

Yup... Getting an iPhone as soon as I can. Blackberry was nice while it lasted. They are falling behind in advancements..... They don't seem to be planning for the future... probably go the way of Palm in a couple years.... Just my opinion. Have had 7 Storms (1 and 2) and frankly tired of it. They have never worked right over the past THREE YEARS!OS Progress (Storm 1) 188.8.131.52> 184.108.40.206> 220.127.116.11> (Storm 2) 18.104.22.1687>22.214.171.1243

Kind of hard to jump ship after investing so much in the Storms. Going to have to do it sooner or later, sooner is less expensive than later."I'm not dead!"
Done with BB. Moved up to a LG Revolution. 10 times the phone.

Although, I am also intrigued by the Atrix!!! If it weren't on AT&T it would be a sure thing. It's a gadget that has it's own gadgets!!!Peace is more than just the absence of conflict......
If you find yourself arguing with me, don't worry. It happens to everybody.
