No entries in HRT - Vodafone NZ

Hi Everyone, I've got a Verizon Storm 2 9550 and have most of the functionality on the Vodafone New Zealand Network but I'm having trouble getting the BIS to connect to my phone. I have the service books for Vodafone and backed them up to my computer thanks to my phone managing to register with the network once (before I had the BIS add-on to my plan). Somehow I managed to lose the entries on my HRT and it won't re-register even with using some of the tips I've read on this forum (turning off 3G so it switches to gprs etc.).

Is there something in the settings causing the phone to look for the Verizon network (or it's roaming partners)?

So to re-iterate:
- I have a BIS plan
- The phone is unlocked
- The PIN is registered with Vodafone NZ
- I have the service books and I can get: internet, SMS and Calls
- I can't get: push emails or MMS

Is there anyone that's had success getting this phone on to a network using UMTS 2100?
